Cita365 may send SMS messages to users who have explicitly opted in. We operate in compliance with TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier requirements.

How We Obtain Consent

SMS consent is collected exclusively through verbal opt-in during an AI-assisted appointment booking call to our voice agent at +1 754-341-2535. After every first-time appointment is confirmed and saved, the AI agent reads the following script verbatim: "Your appointment is set. Can we text you reminders? Reply STOP anytime to cancel. Message and data rates may apply. Yes or no?" The caller must verbally respond "yes" before we set the SMS consent flag on the appointment record. Any other response (no, silence, or ambiguous answer) results in no SMS being sent. Returning callers who have already consented are not asked again. No SMS is ever sent based on phone numbers provided through other channels, including our website contact form.

Message Types & Frequency

SMS is used only for appointment reminders sent on behalf of our business clients. The initial appointment confirmation is delivered as a voice agent utterance, not SMS. A maximum of two reminder messages are sent per appointment: one 24 hours before and one 1 hour before. STOP requests are honored immediately and permanently.

Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to immediately unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent. Reply HELP for support information. Message and data rates may apply.
